Equine Bonding and Bodywork

At Equine Bonding and Bodywork, I offer a distinctive approach that combines equine musculoskeletal unwinding and personalized reflective exercises. Through gentle touch bodywork techniques, I release tension in the musculoskeletal system and facial network, paving the way for a healthier body and emotional balance. Personalized reflective exercises and groundwork activities nurture connection and strengthen the bond between you and your horse, ensuring a harmonious partnership for years to come.

About me

Equine Bonding and Bodywork

Who am I, really?

In my roles as a wife, mom, and teacher, I have weathered life’s challenges and changes. I am embracing new phases, responsibilities, and the accompanying fears, tension, and a sea of uncertainties. It has also brought forth healing, freedom, and exciting possibilities.

You might wonder, what does this have to do with horses? Emotions such as fear, tension, and doubt, and embracing, excitement, relaxation, and truth, profoundly impact our relationship with these majestic animals. it is through the combination of groundwork and inner exploration, I found a pathway to self-discovery and growth.

I relish the synchronicity of life shared with horses. My husband and I live on a horse farm but my love of horses has been lifelong. By acknowledging our fears, embracing change, and shifting our thoughts, we cannot only enhance our horsemanship but also discover the answer to the question:

Who am I, really?
